Which fiscal registers are compatible?
Logik works with all fiscal registers and fiscal printers on the Romanian market. If you already have equipment, we check it during the analysis stage and keep using what you have.
Can I keep my current card terminal?
Logik is integrated with terminals from several payment processors, including Payten, BT SmartPay and viva.com. If you use another provider, we'll check compatibility together.
Can a bill be paid partly by card and partly in cash?
Yes. You can combine card and cash on the same bill, and the fiscal receipt shows each payment method correctly.
What happens if the card payment is declined?
The bill stays open and you can choose another payment method. The fiscal receipt is issued only once payment is confirmed.
