1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Logik Software Solutions SRL, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J2009002783409, tax identification code RO25216582. Our office is at 9 Calea Vitan, Block V6, 1st floor, Bucharest, Romania.

2. What data we collect
When you fill in the demo request or contact form, we collect the details you give us:
- your full name;
- your company or venue;
- your phone number and email address;
- your business type and number of venues, if you select them;
- the message you write to us.
When you call or email us, we process the data you share with us in that conversation. For security reasons, the server hosting the website may log technical information such as your IP address, the date and time of access and your browser type.
If you accept the statistics cookies, Google Analytics collects data about your visit (pages visited, device type, source of the visit), as explained in our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not make automated decisions that affect you.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers that help us operate, to the extent necessary:
- our email and website hosting providers;
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), only if you accept the statistics cookies;
- the authorities, only when required by law.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer only takes place with the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep data from requests that do not lead to a contract for no more than 24 months from our last communication. If you become a client, we keep your data for the duration of our collaboration and then for as long as required by applicable law, such as financial and accounting legislation. Technical server logs are kept for a short period, set by the hosting provider.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at office@logik.ro. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), 28-30 G-ral Gheorghe Magheru Blvd, District 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.
7. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures: restricted access to data, encrypted connections and providers that meet security requirements.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the way we work with data changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
