  4. You look for transcription errors

The same figures, written twice.

The stocktake is done right on the device and goes into Logik on its own.

  1. You pick the stock location on your phone
  2. You count and enter quantities on the spot
  3. You send the stocktake

Frequently asked questions

What clients often ask us about inventory

Can't find the answer? Call us on +40 730 568 296.

How does importing goods receipts from SPV work?

Invoices received from suppliers in SPV are retrieved automatically. The AI component has learned how you work and matches every invoice line to your product, in your unit of measure. You check and approve the goods receipt.

Which accounting and ERP software does it integrate with?

Among others: Charisma ERP, BitSoftware SocrateERP, RVXManager, SAGA, WinMENTOR and SmartBill. The integration syncs quantities and values with the ERP, not just an export file.

Are ingredients deducted automatically when something is sold?

Yes. Every dish has a recipe, and with every POS sale the ingredients are deducted from the corresponding stock location.

Can I manage several venues from the same account?

Yes. You see stock, prices and reports for all venues, can make transfers between them and compare them.

Can I start with the product list and stock I have now?

During setup we bring in your product list, recipes and opening stock together with you, so you don't start from scratch.

Want to see inventory set up for your venue?

We'll show you SPV goods receipts, recipes and the link to your accounting software, using your own data.
