Can waiters take orders on their phones?
Yes. Ordering works on any phone, straight from the browser or through the app. It's ideal for terraces, beaches and events, and orders go straight to the bar.
How do I control voids and discounts?
Every user has their own permissions. Only authorised staff can make voids and discounts, and everything stays on record in the reports.
Can I do a stocktake at the bar?
Yes. You do the stocktake and Logik shows you the differences against book stock, for every product.
How do card payments work?
Logik is integrated with card terminals from several payment processors, including Payten, BT SmartPay and viva.com, so the amount goes straight from the bill to the terminal.
Can guests pay with a wristband or a card?
Yes. With cashless payments, every RFID wristband or top-up card has its own account and balance. Guests top up once and then pay at any bar or point of sale in the venue.
